Quote in Wired story '21st-Century Storms Are Overwhelming 20th-Century Cities'

I was interviewed for and quoted in Aarian Marshall and Matt Simon’s Wired story titled: ‘21st-Century Storms Are Overwhelming 20th-Century Cities’.

The story was written in the days following the flooding in the Northeast as the remnants of Hurricane Ida moved through the region and dropped lots of water.
